Twitch prime rewards not showing
Recent Prometheus lens reward on twitch prime has been accepted and shows it’s been claimed. However, nothing has appeared in game. Have tried accepting the reward through the twitch prime site, then the bungie website, then the companion app. Have tried this at least 3 times each way. In the partner rewards page, nothing is showing up either. Everything is connected and verified and I have received previous twitch prime rewards. This is alongside a PS4/Xbox 1 cross save. Solutions?

8 RepliesHi there, Thanks for reaching out. Double check that you have the correct Bungie.net account linked to your Twitch Prime account. You can verify if you have successfully linked your Twitch Prime account to your current Bungie.net profile by navigating to Settings > Accounts & Linking, and navigating down to the Authorized Applications section. If you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else keep in mind that only one reward may be granted per Amazon Prime account. Please also check your Partner Rewards page on your Bungie.net account to see if the reward was claimed successfully. If problems persist you will need to unlink and relink your accounts. Keep in mind this may result in you being unable to acquire the current month's rewards, but will make sure you are set up for the next reward drop.
