Same here no quest did bastion did a sundial run all links at 11, nothing.

I have had the same problem, st 14 has no quests available to get, and the new quest that is out is not there either any fix?

Add me to the list ... have all obelisks up to at least 11 with all linked to the tower. Got Bastion and even ran sundial after reset to see if it would then show up. I've got nothing.
