no it didn't , you assumed that it does. If it does not specifically state it, then it does not POINT IT OUT. I understand that the SEASON thing, is just basically all the FREE stuff that Eververse used to provide from engrams. The exception is that for the first time ever, the game has added weapons to disappearing loot. It's not difficult to understand that bungie has simply modified the way people earn gear, to make it seem like we are getting time sensitive gear that COULD be the best weapon in the game, but since most people are slow to figure out things like this, Most people will be too late to get it. If Auto rifles get a boost again, for the High Impact frame Autos, then Pluperfect could be the go to gun for Crucible. If you didn't get a god rolled one during Season 8, then you are SOL. With the way it is set up now, recycling it back into the mix in a year, could be part of the only content that we get, but at the same time, 99% of players are expecting Destiny 3 next year.
