Pc move does not work

I wanted to transfer my Battle.net account to steam but it says that I already transferred it to a non-existing steam account. I bought the Forsaken DLC (while it was on Battle.net) and now I lost it and all of my progress. [b][u]If someone from Bungie could help me connect to a new Steam account.[/u][/b]
