Or you could say he will burn your soul for eternity causing agonising pain If you don’t please him. Which some may find a little forceful maybe.
No, I wouldn't say so. We have free will meaning we aren't forced to follow God or the Bible, but we must accept the consequences of not following. This isn't forceful and actually pretty hands off considering how parents normally act.
