Recently my account was compromised and silver was charged to my credit card, the silver is no longer there, but I would still like a refund of the money.

Second, contact your platform marketplace support and talk to them about it. That's where teh purchase was from and they are the only ones that can help you. [b]HOWEVER[/b], please note that if you get silver refunded from your marketplace, then it will cause a retraction of silver from your game, which will most likely place you in a negative balance situation for silver. This will mean you won't be able to use silver again until you replace the negative balance.
