It's simply match making filling the teams. Nothing nefarious in it. And I've joined teams that were down 40+ points, and helped them come back and win those matches. So why not try just playing? Your win/loss ratio doesn't matter. And come Shadowkeep, they are tuning glory loss. So just gotta be patient.
