why do people take this stuff personal? so what you have a job, no one including Bungie gives a damn. they didn't design the game worrying if your job and life give you time to play their tasks given. you play what time you have to invest, and use your brain to think there are things that will not get done with the limitations on time. if you stress over doing things instead of enjoying the game it is self induced. many people have time, they are max level, and Solstice is a busy work task until the new content comes along. it is not a requirement, or a must.
