That video is about 2 years old. Have you tried recently? Some people posted that its fixed now. I have all the DLC, so i cant try for you.

I got the plat before they changed around some trophies. Its blocked by a paywall now. It used to be complete the leviathan raid or a prestige strike but now its prestige raid only and its light level capped. The only way to increase your light level high enough is through paid DLC
