• When the iron lords entered the replication chamber of SIVA it was actually lord Saladin who locked the door and blew it up not lord Jolder.

    • Hear me out..... The Traveller as we see it over the tower is just a ship. It's actually our ship. It will be the vessel that we use to travel back in time before the golden age, to stop ourselves from falling to the darkness (again). The stranger says something to the effect of how many times have we stood here (D1 at the hellmouth). What if we as humans became each of the enemy races through choice with the information given by the Traveller to lead us to the golden age. Because we thought that was the appropriate solution at the time... Timeline 1...Vex Science minded people(Dr. Shim and his crew) were all about mixing mind and machine, it is possible that they inadvertently or even willingly, created the vex or we chose a path that turned us to the vex in a different timeline. This alone is a common theory. Timeline 2...Fallen We all know of the faction wars. What if they never ended the way they did and the city split each person choosing a faction. New Monarchy becomes house of Kings, FWC becomes house of wolves, Dead orbit house of devil's. We (Traveller) decide this is wrong so we leave to go back and try again. (Whirlwind) Timeline 3... Cabal The Bray's and the warminds actually succeed and basically take over with a firm military mindset. We accept the information from the Traveller as a source of weaponry and begin universal domination. Timeline 4...Hive We take the arrival of the Traveller as an attacker and rebuke it. Turn against it and somehow become the hive. Multiple theories for this are out there. After all the hive were at war with themselves (helium drinkers, book of shadows, etc...)on fundament right?( Kind of like Earth today with warring nation's) Now for the kicker... Timeline 5...Guardians After the events of Destiny as we know it, guardians have decided to turn away from the light and have mastered Darkness (everyone knows this is on the way darkness as a subclass). This leads to the vanguard saying this can't be, we failed we have to fix it we have to go back. Hence the Traveller is finally repaired. So us the guardian takes the ship and somehow(space magic and all) recalls the ghost of every guardian to mortalize us and sets a course for the past to try again. After arriving at Mars then moving to earth all the ghosts go find their old guardian and now we are back to where we started an endless loop creating new enemies that are actually ourselves. Because we will never use the knowledge we bring back in a non self destructive way. That is our Destiny. (Also the Vanguard shot the Traveller to keep it here when it went to leave, not a warmind) If any actual loremasters have any input that supports it that would be nice

          • Shaxx is actually just a stack of ducks in some armor. It’s obvious. What rhymes with duck? Chuck. What do you chuck? Grenades. Who likes grenades? Shaxx. BOOM, solid proof.

              • The tetrahedral ships will not show up until d4. Gortarded, who is actually just Cozmo's alt account, has been steadily feeding us the plotline of d3 and calling it a fanfic named gangweed. That is why the fanfic is so accurate to the lore and to Destiny physics.

                  • The exotic hand cannon “The Rose” that was “leaked” by (correct me if I’m wrong) AnonTheNine will return at some point during Penumbra or some time after so. Bungie will give us a choice at the beginning of this quest that’ll allow us to “purify” our Thorn’s on each character or not. Bungie hinted after the Allegiance Quest that they’ll introduce more quests similar to it if it was well received (which it was). I doubt that Bungie will go so far as to disallow us from grabbing Thorn from our collections after cleansing our Thorn's on our characters but they did say that they want our choices to “be more impactful on the story plot” (paraphrasing of course.) This is all just mere speculation, but think of me and this post when it bears fruit.

<While the Nine are all around suspicious, I have come to the conclusion that the 4 are more evil than the 5. The 5 do shady stuff, but they are emotionally daft. The 4 want nothing to do with us and hate us all. Take the flavor text for the Invitations between the two factions and you'll see.
W E A S K T O S E E Y O U we chose our emissary because she chose us BUT OUR FIRST ALLIANCE REMAINS OUR MOST TENUOUS Now we turn our eyes to the future. AND... TO YOU.

Fools - preoccupied by mortal affairs - when mortals are preoccupied by imagined histories Petty minds + unfit for survival warnings = futile .on the horizon a sch|ism to sunder epochs.
The latter were the voices of the 4. They call us unfit for survival. They say the warnings are futile... And they're right. How many times has our character been told that the end was coming? Yet I bet your ass that the City will be hella surprised when the triangles show up. Hell, there are people among us IRL that still don't believe that they're coming. Point is: the 4 don't care for us and thus should be deemed "evil".>
