Stuck in Lore Tab
So this occurs on Xbox (for reference). I’ve had this happened a few times but sometimes when entering the lore tab, trying to exit using the cancel button (B) will just refresh the tab instead of going back to the triumph tab. It’s not a huge issue as I could press start or options, but it’s a notable issue.
