Same here, beta D1 player and I share the same concerns.
Bungie could implement an increase in chances to get said weapon/Armor/Item each time you do it, thereby almost guaranteeing that item in X amount of tries. This will at least give players an ultimatum that even if their RNG hasn’t been favouring them, than in X amount of tries they would get it for sure.

Yeah even if the last probabilistic cap topped out at like 50%, thinking I still have the same odds of getting One Thousand Voices next week as I did way back in September actually frightens me.

I put a lot of time into D1 Y1 in particular and after passing up Xur’s Gjallahorn I never got it again until the week before he sold at August the next year. That chance of not getting it can really make or break a player. I therefore suggest that within doing 24 Riven kills for instance, would guarantee the raid exotic, 1000 voices.
