Find Fireteam Feature Changes
Tomorrow, we are deploying a change to the Find Fireteam feature. Players will be required to gain access to the Farm social space before being able to create a fireteam. Additionally, we will be issuing stricter moderation against accounts that break the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Bungie/Conduct]Code of Conduct[/url].
We are making this change to address accounts being created for the sole purpose of paid carries, or other posts that break the Code of Conduct. We are also working on more ways for you to report Find Fireteam posts, to improve the overall experience when looking for a fireteam.
We are also adding Forge as a fireteam type.
If you have further feedback about the Find Fireteam feature on Bungie.net or the Destiny Companion App, please sound off!

3 RepliesEnhancment cores do not belong in infusion. Level grind should not be rng based. New content should not be level gated and should be avaliable to all to be used as a method to grind for loot. Catering to the minority only alienates the majority of the player base. I guess bungie likes to make 10$ rather then 1000$ 🤷🏾♂️

Optional matchmaking should just be built in and the forced matchmaking for strikes is just dumb, even dumber when the light level can be higher than the nightfall. Shut your pie holes about in game match making groups failing, so what if they do? Keep making your own groups. More convenient access to the activities would get more players at least getting hands on xp instead of the 'you tube xp'

Gamers are the worst kinds of people these days. I'm proud you guys are stoic enough to keep making the positive changes to the game that help. Reading some of the comments below just baffles me on how so many people can be so ingrateful and toxic all because they've spent between $60-150 dollars. It's discouraging for me, but hopefully you guys remain unphazed and keep improving the game for people who are appreciative of the hard work. 2 RepliesWow, after reading this entire thread one sure can tell exactly who is doing the paid carry's. Little word of advice, less said the better when attempting to shame bungie only tags YOU. Btw, it is against the COC....read folks and I mean READ IT. Again with the enchancement cores, really? and to think, "This game is to easy, make a grind!" yet here we are, wanting it easy again...play the game get cores, play more, get more...I'm starting to side with the hardcore players here, wth!

With some of the $numbers$ I’ve seen people throw around on this forum I’m not at all sure that making hustlers reach the farm is gonna have much of an impact. A trip to the Farm is nothing when considering how much money per pop these guys/girls are extracting from the gullible stooges. I guess it might slow down some of the less serious hustlers from completely clogging up the LFG board.

So you finally think that paid carry is something that needs addressing? I know that legally you guys will be on the fence for tackling it as it is not strictly a violation of any agreement but I am surprised that the forums COC is being violated by these and that's being addressed. Anyways, I suppose your moderation team is doing their specific job so at least they deserve the credit I am sure a lot (if not a majority) of players would want paid carries to end but I simply can't see how it will unless you put it in game mechanics. TLDR; It's a good but weird stance on this whole issue.

How about make a IN-GAME find fireteam menu when using Destiny 2 website or Destiny 2 app on smarphone to get fireteam sucks, especially on PC when we can't invite players using website or app and only way to invite players to fireteam is manually send friend request and then invite them to fireteam. And because of this it can take +15 min to get fireteam ready after players have joined to fireteam through website or app and there is huge chance that you can't get fireteam done at all when some players don't notice the friend request on battle,net.

1 ReplyHere's a novel idea. Add the Find Fireteam feature to the game proper. Additionally, put the in-game chat in Consoles. If people are able to play a game like Final Fantasy XIV on Console, there's no reason that in-game chat can't be on consoles... Bonus points for console getting other PC options like FoV and Chromatic Aberration...

2 RepliesHow about fixing the invitation! It works properly about 15% of the time. Usually one player is successfully brought into my fire team while the other needs a friend invite. I thought the whole point was to build a fire team without a friend requests...also I always do it from orbit.
