This is a question that you need to ask Blizzard since the license is tied to a given user's Blizzard account.

Good point, thanks. I assume its the same if done from console as well to the respective organization. Wasn't sure if anyone here had experience they could speak to. I'll hit up Blizz and report back here if anything comes of it for future reference.

Update: I opened up a ticket with Blizz support that said the transaction would not go through since it asks who the recipient is before checkout.
