Am I one of the only guys who got all the standard guns and the malfeasance quest before my first reset in gambit? I’m starting to feel like bungie has a certain, rng favoritism for me in gambit. Have encountered the meatball at least 3 times on my titan after I first killed it (not saying I’ve killed it all three of those times, but they showed up).

I had all the guns and armor prior prior to my first reset. Malfeasance before my second, I think. I’m about 3000 points away from reset 5. Since then, I’ve got 3 or 4 meatball kills (and maybe 8 sightings?), but each time I’ve killed it I got zero drops. So spawn rate may be up, but drop rate is [i]waaaay[/i] down.

Wait, you’re on your 5th reset?! Who the hell have you done that? It sounds like something only legends and people who don’t leave their houses can do.

I have a lot of downtime—my kids are grown, my work doesn’t come home with me, and gaming is what I do to pass the time. Plus, I’m chasing the Dredgen title, and it’s like the lottery. You can’t get it if you don’t play. You probably won’t get it anyway with the current drop rates, but it’s impossible if you don’t play Gambit.

Only kept the rocket launcher, trust (range masterwork), and the pulse riffle. The Rocket launcher has high velocity rounds, tracking module, and cluster bomb. Though cluster bomb is almost worthless in pvp though I have killed one person with the cluster bombs. I have the malfeasance quest as well and currently working on it. Still in my first run on gambit and havent reset it yet. Only been back to the game for a week.

Jesus, I really am on a boat with really kick-ass grinders. Granted, it feels very small due to the ocean of people who aren’t in it, but still a boat.

No, im in the same boat, got my dredgen seal right after my 3rd reset. I just seem to beat the meatball every time it appeared for me. At the same time im lacking getting special items other places where people get stuff within the first 2 or 3 trys, so maybe bungie splits it up that way.
