Contacting bungie is via these forums so you're in the right place. Unfortunately nothing can be done to remove your restriction since bungie does not discuss restrictions or remove them. As it stands your account is your responsibility so in Bungies eyes they see that it's you doing the deed regardless of who is logged into your account. You'll just have to wait until the restriction expires.
