My brother bought me the Forsaken DLC along with the annual pass so that I would play Destiny with him. I bought the base game upon release along with the two DLCs the summer of last year. I can't get my xbox code to work. Xbox tech support says the code is good and should work. So it must be a Bungie thing...I've been waiting two days for this to fix. I guess I need to tell him to get a refund from MS and I'll go back to playing other stuff. No one from Bungie seems to know what's going on or how to fix it.

3 RepliesAre you receiving an error when you try to redeem your code? Keep in mind that any code purchased from a brick and mortar retailer will often be for console currency which you use to buy content from the consoles store. Unfortunately Bungie has no control over codes that are redeemed on your Xbox. Your retailer will be responsible for providing a working code and Xbox support will need to be the ones to help you redeem it if you continue to encounter problems.
