Goku, Jiren, Beerus, Hit, Vegeta, Merged Zamasu, Golden Frieza. Just note that manga Beerus is OP as -blam!- and yes Goku would be able to use Ultra Instinct. No Merged Zamasu could not overtake the whole planet like he did after Trunks sliced him but let's Not forget that before that he fought -blam!-ing Vegito Blue who must have ridiculous levels of power and actually put up a half decent fight. Also I know a lot of you would discount Frieza and Vegeta but Frieza is tricky and Vegeta can do final explosion and live now. Also since killing is allowed Hit should be a monster regardless of raw power. Let's not forget he almost had Jiren even without killing being allowed. And he killed Goku before.
