Am I only one whose really emotional right now? No matter which ending you get, they all make you feel depressed. All these characters that I've grown to love just disappear and now everything and everywhere feels lonely. Maybe that's the true purpose of a Witcher, to be a lone wolf :(
11/10 man, this game is a pure masterpiece.
I haven't even started on Hearts of Stone or Blood and Wine DLC but I'm shedding tears meyn.
Edit: Just finished Hearts of Stone, amazing DLC! Some of the best characters and toughest choices I've faced so far...
Edit: HOLY SHIT, BLOOD AND WINE IS A MASTERPIECE!!! BEST DLC OF ALL TIMEEE, just started it but the atmosphere of it automatically makes it win
This was my ending by the way if you guys wanted to know:
Ciri survives and becomes a Witcher.
I eliminate the whispering hillock and 2 of the crones are killed later on by Ciri.
Geralt and Yen become a couple.
Radvoid is assassinated and Nilfgaard wins the war.
Cerys becomes the new queen of Skellige.
Dijkstra dies, Roche and Ves survive.
2 RepliesSounds like someone didn't play the dlc. It's impossible to finish Blood & Wine and not be happy at the way it ended.
Well, I suppose you could f_ck up your playthrough and get a shitty ending, but it's mostly good
1 ReplyI was pretty upset about Vesemir’s death. It sucked seeing that OG Witcher go.
-
Don't worry.. Blood and wine will fix that for ya. I had the yen ending as well.
-
3 RepliesOne does not simple finish the Witcher 3?
-
Get ready to compare every game you play from this point on to the Witcher 3.

Just beat it last night had a similar ending. Ciri became a witcher, and black ones lost the war.... when I NG+ I'll be sure to change those two though. Also still have to play threw expansion. But gonna play something else for a little while. Maybe beat campaign on codww2. Can't wait to see how that game ends

1 ReplyGood stories always leave you with some sort of emotional impact.

1 ReplyPsh always get with the redhead man

Oh it was a glorious ending. Still yet to play the DLC’s despite owning them both. Maybe get on once I finish or get bored of Origins

4 Replieswow, at least a spoiler warning!

One gripe I have always had with long RPG's is that it is rare to find one that lands the ending. Typically they fall apart at some point or reach their climax prematurely. To be fair it is hard to pace an open world game. CDPR somehow managed that. Not only did they land the ending but excelled. There's real character and emotional build up to that final fight.
-
Blood and Wine is the real ending. Make sure you play Hearts of Stone in its entirety first.

3 RepliesEdited by Bake8935: 1/5/2018 9:35:43 PMBlood and Wine is the true ending to Geralt’s saga. Hit us back when you’ve finished that. I’m going for another 100% death march run soon. Just purchased the complete edition for the new achievements lol. Can’t wait to see how it looks on the Xbox One X in 4K.

That is one of the few games that made me cry at the end of the game it was just so good
-
2 RepliesYeah, it was a pretty emotional ending. In my first run, Ciri left for novigrad.
-
Bump :')

2 RepliesI thought the ending I had was great.
Geralt gives Siri a witcher sword and then retires with Yennifer.
-
1 ReplyEnding of Blood and Wine is even more emotional than the main games ending. Just wait till you get to that
-
Edited by NynjaHyppy: 1/6/2018 1:39:07 AMThat's great man!! I loved my ending, hoping to make a different ending in my ng+ run. Heart of Stone was a great DLC, but Blood and Wine was almost like another game!
-
1 ReplyHeh! Wait until the game accepts it's the end and tells you it's over. Go hit up the DLC's - there's a lot of content left.
