Every time I see these posts it makes me laugh. I can't imagine how people can't understand that there is small margin of difference between rep and tokens. With tokens you can rep any character you want, while with rep only the character you use gets upgraded. So the thing is you are asking for the wrong thing. Just removing tokens doesn't mean they will get loot back. The tokens can stay but instead add more loot, like when you level the IB 3 times you open a piece you can buy and so on.
