Bring Back year 1 PvP
Okay I'm sick of this shitty ass crucible I can't be the only year 1 player who gets depressed playing crucible and thinking back at how fun it is the nerds were insane buff thorn and the last word back to year 1 status buff shotguns snips everything and if you were one of those people who bitched about guns being op in year 1 go -blam!- yourself look at the meta now .#FreeThorn

1 ReplyDestiny's PvP can not be fixed for too many player all around the world. It's to inconsistent. The one match my bullets actually do damage and i see the enemies on time and the other match i'm dead, before i see the enemy appear on my screen. When i see the enemy, i'm already damaged for 90%. It can not be fixed, because it's outdated. Bungie never knew that it's PvP would become that popular. Because of P2P/ Players hosting a match/ The distance between players, the data comes earlier to the enemy and too late to me. So they simply see me earlier on their screens. In Destiny players with one red bar are being rewarded as MVP, almost every match. And players like me are always hoping for that "normal"match.

I loved Y1 crucible because there was barely any SBMM and while thorn and last word were OP af you could still find ways to go against them like red death countered thorn.

13 RepliesF*ck no! I think the PvP is the best it has ever been right now as it pretty much fixed all the problems everyone whined about and is the most diverse. Special ammo is rare and sought after due to its short time advantages like everyone asked, there are dozens of weapons that are viable at your disposal, there is no class that reigns surpreme over every other class (though some may be at a disadvantage compared to others, but they can perform at the same level with the right player), and almost every gun type is useful and fun to use in the Crucible. Pretty much everything everyone has asked for on terms of PvP (Except for dedicated servers goddammit Bungie) and you now complain that you want all those changes reversed. I honestly can not comprehend half of the ideas that some of you are thinking.

1 ReplyPeople found a new 1 hit kill after the Shotgun meta died. It's called Stuckie meta. And i'm literally sick and tired of it. Each single round I faced tonight was people camping inside on Last Exit as soon as you rush in there [spoiler]*throws stuckie on you and runs like he stole something*[/spoiler]

Yes other guns just need to be brought up to par other than that destiny was way better back then. Now all the nades and abilities just seem underwhelming and no fun

Left destiny and bought bf1 because crucible sucks. Enjoyed every min of bf1 Got coaxed back to play d1 cause old clan members. Played 1 game of iron banner. Seriously this is cancer pvp I've never played a game with such a bad pvp experience. So back to bf1

If they returned everything to when it was the "meta" then crucible would come down to gun skill, rather than just out ranging someone. The vex was OP when it first came out though.

12 RepliesNo thank you. Year 1 crucible was bad in so many ways. Suros, Mythoclast, and the way special worked and heavy, please no. I think the crucible has been the most balanced its been ever. Of course there are still issues like weapons getting around special ammo such as no land, universal and side arms. Other than that its quiet good as is.

Anyone that loves the crucible now sucked in year 1 & 2..........period. If you get sniped 10 times in a match it's not the special ammo's fault. Bungie nerfed snipers and apparently that wasn't enough so they nerfed the ammo without changing the Icebreaker or sidearms. Stupid incompetent people with well paying jobs.

2 RepliesI see pulse rifles, autos, hand cannons, scouts, shotguns, snipers, side arms, machine guns, rockets, swords. Sorry thorn isnt as good as fatebringer, palindrome, eyasluna, hawkmoon, the devil you know, ill will, lord high fixer, TLW, finnalas peril, the first curse, (any other hand cannon) but damn pick a hand cannon and deal with it.
