Solo players left out in Age of Triumph?
So far this last live event seems to be purely focused on people with groups or clans that can run raids all the time.. seems idiotic that bungie tailors Age of Triumph to raiding players but sets no new light cap even though all these players prob already reached 400 light, all those still grindin to hit 400 most likely don't raid & won't be able to access most of this new content..

I raid with rando's 99.9% of the time, I have completed every raid and group activity in this game as a solo player with randoms, including my first lighthouse run. You're the only one stopping yourself from completing any activity.

Also raids are reskin lol ornaments change gear lol also look at the weekly rituals picture. Its of multiple things including poe meaning we have more than raids. Keep in mind majority of players like myself already did all these raids. We have no interest in it whats the point doing something again if nothing will transfer to destiny only our faces of our guardians. You might find people who want to raid for fun. I don't recommend using lfg worst site ever nothing but trolling players. Use the destiny recruitment bungie.net forum

weve always been left out, but im not trippin. They did say this is a team based shooter, meant to promote team gameplay. just be cautious before buying D2 and know what you getting into. im still buying D2 .. because hey the game is over all fun ... But they do need to remove titans Stay on the forums tho !

Isn't the raid only 1 of 12 pages? You could always get working in the collection, crucible and strike parts of the book. There is plenty in the event. It's not supposed to be a whole new event. It's meant to be a celebration of what you've already done. The elevation of the raids to current light is because they want to try and keep the game pseudo relevant for just a little longer

If you don't raid and want to get some of the rewards from raids there's an easy solution. Start raiding. This is coming from a mostly solo player who only so much as entered WoTM for the grimoire.

Yeah if you didn't want to play with other people, you really should have bought another game. You know one with a good solo campaign and progression. That's not what this game is.

Well, this game, being always online, is meant for social players. That being said, with IB, NFs, 3oC, solo players have plenty of ways to reach 400. And that's if they dead set on being solo, don't want to join a sherpa clan to help them complete a raid, or are not really good with PvP for Trials.

1 ReplyIts a social game. Cant really have Age of Triumph if you haven't any triumphs. What do you want ? Age of Patrolling ? Collecting stuff you can do on your own, all 3 character pages you can do on your own, story page on your own and probably the crucible page. Cant see what more you expect, social pages you need to be social on and play with a team.

This is a social multiplayer game, the best times I've had in this game is running raids and it's very easy to find teams. If you don't try you'll never know.

4 RepliesIt takes a few seconds to tap the recruitment button and the flee ant raid you want to do. There's almost always someone doing WOTM or Kingsfall at anytime. I implore you to join a clan, or find a raid team. Lots of us are happy to take new people through raids, it's really fun and rewarding watching someone complete their first raid, or get raid gear they've seen for ages and wanted (Quillums Terminus and Ex Machina come to mind for KF and W) The Raids are fun. I used to be a solo player, I promise you you're missing out by not trying out raids. Look for folk willing to shepherd, they're usually very chill
