UPDATE: Thanks for your help, everyone. I just used up every skeleton key I had saved up between my three characters, and I didn't see the roll I was looking for. But at least now, thanks to everyone who responded, I've seen that the ER+FF roll is still possible in Year 3. Now I have something to work towards~~~ On another account, I have a Tread Upon Stars with triple tap, explosive rounds, and firefly. I got this weapon around the beginning of Year 2, and I've been using it exclusively ever since. But now I've started this new account and I'm wondering if it is still possible to get explosive rounds and firefly on the Tread -- or any other scout rifle. Dead Orbit used to give out their scout rifle with the explosive rounds + firefly roll, but I vaguely remember Bungie putting an end to that... Right? Any help would be appreciated. I'll just be farming Cerberus Vae III till someone tells me to stop, or until I answer my own question! (Fingers crossed)
