Threader Helmet not gaining perks
My Threader Helmet has just completely stopped gaining any experience and i can't seem to figure out why. It says that I've got the perks, but when i check it, i can't upgrade it.

Hi, I've noticed this happens on the perks of some items. When this happens to me, once I unlock the next perk, the original perk will become selectable as usual.
