You'd be better off trying to grind the mind strike for the Fatebringer Imago Loop roll. At least you'd be able to use it in something other than Crucible and Patrols.

thats mainly what i play is pve and patrol since sbmm was brought in i have not enjoyed pvp that much to sweaty

If you do the cheese for the mind in the cheese spot and kill yourself and the mind with Dragon's Breath, you can farm for a Fatebringer Imago when it's the Nightfall. Heroic strike works too, but drop rate is just less. I didn't know about it until the last time it was the Nightfall. Couldn't find people that wanted to do it with then though, or else I'd have one. Luckily, I farmed Omnigul for a God Roll Grasp of Malok a while back.
