Well, not censor, but trying to make YouTube more "Kid Friendly" by De-Monetizing videos and creators for talking about
Controversial or sensitive subjects and events, including subjects related to war, political conflicts, natural disasters and tragedies, even if graphic imagery is not shown
And more not listed (Or that I could I find)
This means your favorite content creators who's full time job is YouTube, don't have a sponsor, or a Pateron will loose their incoming revenue can get -blam!-ed over depending on the topics they talk about. So they have 2 options. 1.) They can water down their videos so no one get "Offended" 2.) They can quit cause now they need a job since YouTube wont give any money.
I wont rant on for to long, so here's some links

2 RepliesPeople don't realise that YouTube is a service not a right, they are lucky that YouTube is even there and actually pays them money for the videos they make, all these butt hurt people complaining coz apparently swearing and "controversial" subjects are the only entertaining thing in the world, they are a private company and can set their policies as they please, if you don't like it feel free to stop supporting that particular service, if enough people agree with you then they'll change it back.
