Considering that Bungie turned Control into a virtual lag-fest with the "update" last Thursday promising further "feedback" about it (and failing to do so), I do not hold out any hope for decent IB gameplay. More likely they will attempt to change the settings at Tuesday reset the same time IB drops. Recall Bungie did the exact same thing when the last IB dropped? Remember the 3+ days of uber-lag and constant "contacting Destiny servers"? Well, prepare for that again and more.

the pulse was great first time Saladin had it, still have mine and still ok but lots of others are better sadly the sniper is nothing special, I had several last time it was offered, kept the best rolled one after trying them all and rarely use it Might not bother with IB this time, may have spent more time reporting laggy red bars last time than actually playing...

me too! I have been hoping for the Nirwen's Mercy! Only got into the IB in May, and I have loved the last 2, but really wanted the pulse. I got the sniper as a rank 5 reward in May. The pulse hasn't been sold since the first IB of year 2, and that one had SICK perks! From what I have seen on youtube videos, it seems that more often than not, when salad dressing has sold a weapon for a second time, roll seems to be the same. hoping so again for this pulse! I know My Grasp of Malok and Hawksaw are better; the "meta" as they say, but that NM roll had outlaw, perfect balance/braced frame and third eye! sick!! from the videos I saw, it had 100% stability. literally NO recoil. crazy. and I would love to finally have a pulse with third eye. my issue is by the time I start aiming, I've already been hit. that would be sweet.

9 RepliesEdited by BERSEKAEL: 7/15/2016 4:17:50 PMThat sniper is garbage, 13 impact... compared to 37 impact from y1 IB sniper (efrideet's spear) As a reference, impact goes from 10 to 37 the highest Edit. You need 16 to take down a revive... you need a high impact also for pve (raid mostly)

I got the pulse last Iron Banner and I use it. I dismantled all the snipers though.
