They take a six man team that you've played with for months and make you choose 3.
How is that not locking out? Or did you need a heads up telling the fourth player he's officially locked out?
Well seeing as 6 divides into 3 quite nicely all it meant was that 2 groups went into POE rather than one. Nobody was getting locked out there.

What I'm saying is even though it splits nicely not everyone is excellent in both aspects. Meaning now the pvp players are forced to play with the pvp players because the competition forces this. PVE players would never prosper without being carried.

-
Raids made the teams Poe and trials split them. That's easy enough?
-
That's not "locking out"
-
You know what I mean though. Don't be that guy..
-
Well not really. Nobody is being left behind, that group of 6 people will still be able to play activities with each other. Whereas the OP wants people to be unable to enter the activity once they have completed it. Meaning that the game is actively preventing people from playing the game with their friends.
-
On that front I don't necessarily think they should be locked out. I don't think they should worry about pvp anymore. Something always ruins it. They should just tweak the base stats everything had on the side instead of nerfing buffs and buffing nerfs. Just focus more on the PVE aspect. Call me the scrub, but I love to PVE more with friends.
Meaning that the game is actively preventing people from playing the game with their friends.
Not at all, they can play it 3 times each if they go flawless and as many times as they like if the don't.
-
And after those 3 times the game denies you the ability to play with your friends.
-
No it doesn't. You can play anything other than Trials with them.
-
Maybe they want to play trials? Or maybe, like my original argument they have a friend who hasn't gone flawless and wants to play it with his friends rather than with randoms. Yet the game will deny him that ability. Imagine they did with the raids, do you think that would be fair?
