Should women sign up for the draft?

Drafts are stupid. People should have a choice with if they want to risk their lives. Shooting people or giving them jail time for running away is also stupid

Personally I think most woman will just get in the way, there are some that are fit to do it, but most shouldn't. Every month we have our periods, not to mention that we can get pregnant & I also heard that they want to lower the training difficulty for woman cause many were having a hard time. If a woman wants to join the military, she should be able to complete the same difficulty of training as men.

No, only for repopulation issues. A woman can only birth a baby, or a few babies, once every 9ish months, while a single male can impregnate multiple women in a days time. And our best birthing times are during the best fighting times (age wise). So, however unlikely it would be, we would need the women to repopulate our country.

The reasons are so self evident that in hundreds of thousands of years of human society, the western world today is the first large culture to pretend it can't figure it out. As usual, the hipsters who have never met a member of the military are going to screw things up for the people actually connected to it. Women in combat is going to mean fewer women joining the military ... again for reasons too obvious to state, which are nevertheless somehow a complete mystery to the "geniuses" advocating this stuff. I will add, nobody should be drafted (the draft is involuntary servitude) - but either way, women should not be drafted.

17 RepliesYou don't "sign up" for the draft. You just get drafted... If they were to re-implement the draft, they'd have to change a number of things about it. Drafting women and gays would be a start.
