I have never heard of a trip mine that gives away its position with a bright blinking beacon. That kind of defeats the purpose of it being a mine, dont you think? Ugh....

Claymores in other games serve the same purpose as Tripmines and have red lights that point out. Point disproven.

Yeah but those will actually kill you, trip mines barely take out the shields if you walk a fingernail away from it before it detonates

Yes. I suggest making active camo beacons aswell. Perhaps a red light that spins when camo is active.
