What I learned from IB
This round the drop rate was terrible, I did all three characters and played all at level 5 plus, and I don't mean just personally, in the games I didn't see any player pick up a ship, and only a handful of 310+ items I got one in my level 5 pack.
If you don't have trials gear or harrowed gear get ready to have your face handed to you in a box often, by doctrine of passing, and hallowed quillums terminus.
The IB weapons seem a bit pointless for PVP, and I'm lucky enough to have a got 316 nirwens,313 hatchet from previous rounds

1 ReplyEdited by Sancho: 4/6/2016 8:00:59 AMIB has both my titan and hunter leveled up to 311 without raiding. The doctrine is MUCH more effective in 3v3 game modes. The IB armor has great perks like increased agility/handling on zone captures or on revives. The handcannon this IB is pretty damn good.

Ib most of the time is good to me for rank 5 rewards 319 shotgun 315 hatchet, drops not so much, saw one ship drop though for the last player

IB drops have been terrible since TTK released. Don't know what they did but the drop rates are nonexistent. I got bored and lvl one of my characters to 5 in about an hour. Ended dismantling everything I got including a 320 shotgun....

I must have played 20-30 matches on one character and I seen multiple drops ever other match

A bit better luck this time. Got a 292 machine gun, 320 Nirwen's Mercy, and a 316 warlock helm.

1 ReplyI got nothing at a decent level but did drop the two weapons that were on sale. Seen a ship drop once. With the artefact drop at 310 I was able to use it for infusion, which coupled with the 310 boots I got from the NF put my max light level up by 2. I also completed the 25 guardian sword kills as part of the exotic sword quest so I can't complain really.

My overall k/d for this IB was 4.0+. Took my Titan to 5 and then spent the last couple days just farming. Still got nothing but a chestpiece and arms with crap rolls. Seems like everyone else got bomb good though. Went 37 - 5 one game and 3 other people on my team got the hand cannon.

I got some infusion fuel for next week... Nothing worth keeping. But hey it was worth a try.

14 RepliesThere is at least one other machine gun (but i think it's two or more) that are just as good as quilllim's (or sometimes better), yet no one complains about them. What is so special about quilllim's that it's got people cryin?

Yeah drops were pretty bad , i only got a few weapons, of course with bad rolls and light.
