Once again since you didn't understand the first time...legendary hand cannons are generally a 1 head shot + 2 body shot kill. If an exotic hand cannon isn't more effective than that then there's no point in it being an exotic Hawkmoon gives you the chance for a 2 shot kill, that's it's exotic ability. Why doesn't thorn do the same, using your logic

Thats only if you have alot of luck and you stil need to headshot twice. Thorn can always 3 bodyshot so you dont even have to aim very well. It isnt very hard to see this. But for you it is i guess. Your saying it yourself its a exotic it should be a 3 bodyshot. Well hawkmoon is a exotic as well. Offcourse weapons should be alike thats what balance is. If all handcannons are 3 shots 1 head 2 body and only thorn is 3 bodyshot. Its a easy pick which weapon will be the better one.

No I clearly just stated the comparison between thorn and legendaries. You interjected hawkmoon and completely missed the point Exotic hand cannons should be clearly better than legendaries, which each one is in its own unique way. I never even played with thorn like that and I don't cry about the three shit body kill
