So your beef is that you can't kill those who you are meant to be protecting. As for blood splatter...with the exception of head shots on Cabal, what could be described as blood splatter in Destiny. Is blood required to make a game better than Destiny? Just how good do you think Destiny is? IMHO "better than Destiny" doesn't mean much. Bear in mind that this is only a Beta, so not the finished product. Having said that, I get the feeling that many preferred the Beta Destiny, to the release.
