In my opinion, heavy ammunition should have never been incorporated into player versus player game modes. It is just ridiculous, all these people crying nerf but the biggest pvp game changer has been in the game the entire time. Teams could be down 10000 points and still manage to come back with heavy. Open to criticism and of course that obnoxious troll "extreme butthurt" that lurks on these forums for whatever sense of satisfaction he can get.
