They have a MAXIMUM AA that does not go above a certain level. At some point it doesn't matter what you have on it, it does not increase. Same with weapons and their range. All weapons have a MAXIMUM range. Once you hit that point, that's it. Doesn't matter what you have that says "increases range" it doesn't go past a certain point
