-blam!- all who attacked me bungie admitted ogres glitches and and in Feb 9th update said they fixed it so yuhhhh -blam!- off "they're taken they always teleport" you dumb -blam!-s of being right is soooo sweet when being called names and attacking is involved lmao bahahahaha

So weird seeing people suggest not using grenades and snipers on the ogres. When I'm on the plate I always throw a grenade and put 1 sniper shot on my ogre, 1 sniper shot on the ogre across from me, and then snipe out my knight/acolyte eyes. I'm usually plate #1, and on the rare occasion that they do teleport it's usually the 3rd or 4th ogre to go. Think it has to do with the ogre not wanting to stand in those black balls that the previous ogre left behind. That's why I think they teleport when not killed quick enough.

Pushing/staggering the ogre to much forces it Back and it teleports.

Even if it's not intended, adapt to it like most people have, you won't get compensated for complaining about something people have done with ease

Had no issues with ogres. Did have an issue where not everyone was transported back outside of the dimension where the shade is. It was pretty weird.

In hardmode I almost never have an ogre teleport because by the time it's fully out of the ground it's already dead

Don't shoot ogres with snipers. That causes them to stagger and eventually teleport.

You are to slow to kill them. When you stagger a ogre he takes a step back. If he has time to take another step back, there is no room there and he teleports because of it. So kill them faster. Double bubbles work great for this. 1 with blessing other with weapons. 1 ToM and 1 sniper = easy fast kills.

Negative, completed it Tuesday morning, have to kill ogres fast then they don't teleport!

Kill the ogres as they are coming up that's what my team did and we beat it

Kill them quicker and don't use AOE grenades and it should be fine. They only teleport if they get a chance to start their walking animation.

I have had that ogre teleporting issue only when nades are thrown at them.

They only seem to teleport after someone dies on your fire team.

1 ReplyOnly had one teleport, wasn't a dps issue because he was staggered & just disappeared lol. Tbh though, I only saw it once & we just wiped it. Don't see as many as people claim, but I don't disbelieve it at all.

1 ReplyOut of all 3 completed HM Oryx challenges we had one Ogre teleport and that was after one of our middle Titans had to take the place of a Totem holder who died. So I'm inclined to believe it's not enough dps that is causing this.

Bungie-vision already acknowledged the ogre teleportation glitch months ago but still haven't fixed it. To compensate, you have to have the correct amount of dps to stagger them. After my clan fixed our dps inadequacies, we haven't had any ogres teleport since. You'll get it,friend.
