Went a long time without getting any, and now my hunter has all 3 from the regular raids

Try doing it during the nightfall this week. I've seen 4 drop in 4 runs

The best way is to wait for it to be the nightfall and just post on LFG saying you lvl and that you need two for the nightfall, complete the strike find two other people to carry through it . That's how I got mine. Both from the NF [spoiler]Only need Numoc's mantle now[/spoiler]

Are you running the nightfall this week for them? If you aren't, there is a much higher chance to get them during the nightfall.

Probably 50, got solar from nightfall this time around. Get to farming the nightfall and you'll have one or 2 in the next 5-10 strikes
