BUNGIE stated back when ever verse was released, that the items being sold were *clears throat* "PURLY COSMETIC" Now I'm sorry, but purchasing something in game for 10$ that gives you a sparrow that is god tier in sparrow racing, receiving an infusable helmet, and an infusable class item does not seem like "cosmetics" to me. That helmet, sparrow, and class item, all give you perks, which impacts your experience on the game as well as other people. If you really want to see stuff such as legendary engrams for money, I highly suggest you stop and think about what your spending money on. And also, for the desticles who WILL SAY " it's not pay to win", when someone's sparrow is whooping my ass in sparrow racing every single time because of its beautiful stats that can only be received by paying 10$ then it is pay to win.
