That's actually brilliant. Most people just spend up their Strange coins on 3oc's anyways now if they have all the exotics they want already. That would put most under 100, I'd assume. This would be genius and highly profitable from a business standpoint. Albeit an extremely dirty move from a players perspective (Well, any player who doesn't have 100 Strange Coins).
