Reason destiny is dying
The sour people in this forum who believe there better than everyone else. For a game based so much on a community of people playing and having to do a lot of content with strangers it isn't very welcoming or nice to be around. There are some great people on here who are great to raid with and share ideas and actually discuss the game without abusing one another because you think your better than them.
Look at the raid requirements how many people that are casuals can match the 316+ oryx challenge that a lot of people request remember everyone started somewhere. Most people were carried by someone else or YouTube guides. Once people get to about 305 light normal is pointless unless your getting amazing drops but then you can't get into a group for hard and even if you make one most people either leave or kick players if it takes a little longer or there learning the mechanics. I really do wish this was a 1 person only game to finish all end game content.
I feel sorry for the December 25th players because they will struggle to get anywhere with such a toxic player base.
Like I said not everyone is included in this but I'd say 8/10 are elitist pr*cks

It's not hard to die it's a simple task and not being revived calls for lots of coordination with your team so that you make sure everyone in your fire team stay alive

Let's pretend your ideas are good. A minute respawn timer is a wipe. Slow/no abilities isn't a punishment mechanic at all, I tried to come up with an analogy like having your phone taken away as a teenager, but that's actually worse than not having grenades for a minute. Lupi is sharded because we have 50. And forcing a wipe and restarting does take skill. Because it takes the simple skill of not -blam!-ing up again. I don't get your LFG woes, because I did what you do in games like this, I joined a group, proved I'm good, and was accepted into the ranks of a desired raider. Literally once a week Bungie posts about some other clan, or you can just throw your name in recruitment, you'll be the prettiest girl at the ball there
