No wtf, scout rifles are not OP, but I don't know what bungie was thinking with the last patch. They should nerf the high RoF auto rifles, they are just too OP now, how on earth can you give them a buff by 0.04%? That buff is so massive, it's just unreal. A buff by 0.0000004% would have been fair enough.

You -blam!-ing arsehole! Everyone knows scouts don't need to be nerfed! If anything they need a minor tweak to range like 0.0005% or maybe 0.00075%. Either adjust the accuracy at range or buff Sniper rifles reload speed by 0.023%, but no more.
