Since Destiny didn't "crush my hope", period... that's a loaded question.
But Star Wars Battlefront- no campaign mode? No story? Substantial disappointment. And people complain about Destiny? Oy vey.

The story for battlefront is in the movies...we already know why the rebels are fighting the empire. I assume you are one of the people who wanted a campaign like in battlefront 1 and 2, where you literally did what you did in muliplayer...but against bots. I understand how battlefront may not be for everyone, but from the beginning they said it was a multiplayer game.

Not BF 1, which was lackluster, but 2, which was brilliant. Yes, I was hoping for the story of some of the ordinary troops in the war, since the films just tell the story of the heroes. "They said..." Well, I missed that memo. I just figured that it was a revival of the series, which has always had a story campaign as well as a multiplayer. "They" provided a big letdown. And it wasn't spelled out anywhere that I saw. I won't be buying the sequel.

140$ in and the game's story makes about as much sense as a person in a wheelchair owning a treadmill.(Destiny)

It makes fully as much sense as an American general funding a Russian terrorist to attack an airport, then blame it on a CIA operative, leading to a war between Russia and the West, so that America will re-commit funding to the special forces... (Modern Warfare 2) With the story of Destiny, realize that we're only in Chapter 2. Is the goal of a book to completely satisfy you at Chapter 2, or is the goal to make you want to keep reading the book?

I wouldn't go that far. I love gaming on PC. WB just sucks at making games.

I do go that far. I also don't do anything on a phone but make phone calls. Even text messages are against my will. If I wanted to type, I would use a typewriter. Each device has a purpose. Game on a game machine, compute with a computer, talk on a telephone. That's what God (if there is one) intended. In fact, why not? I'm Goddess's latest prophet, and that's how I declare it should be. Keep using telephones as web browsers, and She'll smite you all. (I mentioned that God is a woman, right? She's totally hot, too.)
