Bungie.net will release this ban upon me as I have not committed any acts to result in a ban or they will face lawsuit actions. I have read the terms and agreements and also looked at the ban acts on bungie.net/bans and I don't fall under any category. Wether or not someone else was committing these acts while playing with me should not result in all parties being banned just the said offender. This bein said I would like to speak to the representative responsible for my banning as I have paid this company a lot of money to play their product and expect full cooperation on their part.

3 RepliesThe E.U.L.A. clearly states that Bungie can terminate services at any time for any reason. Think of it as a the equivalent of a "Right to work state." If you were outright banned you were cheating and given the maturity level of these posts that's fairly believable. As far as you being a clerk at the FBI go right ahead and pretend that. This thread's been reported countless times for the legitimate reason of "Harassment/Threats" which is a very clear violation of their Code of Conduct. Bungie can take it upon themselves to report your IP address to Federal police too since pretending to be a Federal agent is a Federal felony. Enjoy being in GitMo.

Thanks! The Salt less tears of pvp restriction posts restore my electrolyte imbalance. So thanks again!

6 RepliesIs there a 'thread of the year' type of award? If so, can I nominate this one?

We’ve seen you backing out of matches on final approach in your ships because you saw formidable opponents on the other team. That tactic could earn you a restriction from future Trials of Osiris events. Please stick it out and fight – even if you know you’re about to be visited by tourists from the Lighthouse.
Bungie has stated that leaving will earn you a restriction and if you are constantly leaving, it may result in a ban. After further inspection on your characters, you have several matches where there are Bravo - Bravo ties/victories with zero points. The only for this to happen is if you or your team left early during a match. Bungie did have cause to ban you and that cause was leaving early which ruined other players cards. (It was ruined because players could receive a win and a loss on their cards after said players have left.)

21 RepliesBungie blames players for their lack of dedicated servers and ban you for it. I got ban too. Been a day one players. Been to light house serval times without cheating. Didn't need to. Had unstable connection and was banned do it. You get ban if you have unstable connection regardless if you try to cheat or not. I got ban for not cheating. I might as well cheated to make it worth it. Bungie can kick my ass.

If you can't do the time, don't do the crime.

They actually have specifically said that if you are with someone doing the "Cheating" all members will be banned or Temporarily Restricted. This post is invalid to anything they have said before about these claims you make.

Lol people who think they are right no matter what
or they will face lawsuit actions.
HAHAH I needed a good laugh today.

6 RepliesLmao this guy! You were banned for a valid reason, wether you think it was valid or not.

109 RepliesWere you banned or temporarily restriced? If you were banned...then good riddance to cheating trash and the people that hang with them. If only temporary, learn your lesson, ditch that friend and move on when the restriction is lifted. Bungie does not and will not discuss bans/restrictions under any circumstances...no matter how much you threaten, cry and whine.

5 RepliesYou are, who you hang with!
-
18 RepliesIf you're in a group with someone cheating you are gaining an advantage from that single player. So in a way you are benefitting from that offender. Bungie can't tell if you were intentionally or not, but regardless you were still benefitting. They will not discuss this with you, so you're going to have to sit it out for a little.

1 ReplyEdited by Oppress0r: 11/29/2015 6:12:22 PMIt was obviously deserved. You just said someone was commiting a banable offence whilst you were playing with them. So you obviously knew the person doing it and benefited from it, you silly little knob jockey. Play the game as intended or expect to be banned!

What 'ban' will they release? Also by stating the word "will", does that mean you haven't been yet? Also are you sure it's a ban instead of an account restriction?
-
7 RepliesYour first link is crap too.
