After the BIG failure and disappointment of Iron Banner, are you really still excited about Trials?

3 RepliesTrials of pulse rifles? Naaa, its gonna be lame if iron banner was any hint. Why trade 1 class of guns simply for another? But happen to leave hawkmoon basically untouched. But then make pulse rifles much better than everything else...by a lot. But then give Zhalo the powers of a lmg... Wtf goes on at Bungie. This shit is elementary at this point. If they wanted pulse rifles to be this good they should have left handcannons alone. Or something. Crucible plays worse now than it ever has.

Yeah, I remember staying up on the first trial day till about 3 ot r 4 am getting 9-0 with my buds. It was so fun, I can't wait to do it again its such a fun experience.

Was, not anymore, rumor goes it will drop 310 gear. New light level is 320, so no. I will do it from time to time just to frustrate scrubs running with pulse rifles.

1 ReplyI got the greatest pulse rifle rolls of all time. Nirwens Mercy with Headseeker-Hand laid stock- Glass half full. I love Iron Banner and got all 3 toons to level 5. I was hoping for a great gun and got it.

Not really mark my words. You thought the team full of thorns was a bitch hahaha just wait till its 3 titans and the flavor of the month. Trials been broken for a long time with no fix insight

Iron Banner has always been frustrating but I feel Trials is a much more controlled game mode 3v3 , I dont think it will have a problem running good

Weapon wise we'll hear a tiny bit less complaining. Most of the complains will come from the new supers most likely. I don't care to much about IB and ToO. So far the IB gear isn't impressive enough for me to want it.

Nah.. Go through all of that frustration and worry just to get re skinned armors and weapons? Bungie really needs some designers

1 ReplyLol I don't know what you were playin or who with, but I had more fun with this IB than any previous. There was little to no lag, weapon balance, and the rank 5 item was actually worth pushing for. It's now my favorite pvp gun by far. Also, I felt the team balancing was on point. Almost every match came right down to the wire.

3 RepliesIron banner was a disappointment and failure? It had way less lag than previous Iron Banners, I got all loot available, two from drops and two I had to buy, which is fair. Also they priced the weapons and armor much cheaper than vendor gear. Boots have a nice perk with second wind and the pulse rifle is awesome. AND 75 extra legendary marks per character with the bounties, that is 225 marks (minus the 30 we would have had from the normal crucible playlist). What are people bitching about?

no im not even close to excited i probably wont do trials this time... 280-290 legendaries max drop will be 299 or 300 and that is if your ass is severely lucky.. ill pass

6 RepliesNot sure what anyone expected out of IB? I had a blast and I play solo.....got both my characters to rank 5. What so bad about it(besides hammer of sol)? It was the same as always without the lag....what did you guys expect? The only thing wrong with Destiny is the player base's ridiculous expectations.

Reached level 5 and kept on playing hoping for a drop and didn't even get a -blam!-ing cloak for my hunter. Had to buy all my gear. I got a shitty side arm and the bond for my warlock- after I reached level 5 of course...

Never really been into IB but I think I'll give it a go this time around.
