Finally got finished with the first step LOL. Prior to the great nerf of 2.0 , I was ok with TLW hip fire and also aiming straight down the sights. Tight, short distance maps + party crasher was my main load out (I would use the TLW over my Thorn on those maps) ....since the change, at least with my play style...it takes 5-7 hits to get a kill for me, where it used to take 3-4. At least that is what I'm seeing for me.
