Mars warsat EDIT: I got it finally.
Does it exist????? We've been on Mars for over an hour going to 3 different spots, they've all been "eliminate target" :/
EDIT: after trying the next day I got it second try. It's just RNG.

2 RepliesThere are three locations that can drop warsats, but it still comes down to luck. Just be persistent. I got mine after an hour today and trying for two hours yesterday.

This may just be personal superstition and nonsense, but I was on Mars for 2 hours killing taken forces and only seeing eliminate targets. I came back later that day and decided not to kill taken forces and had a warsat drop first event on earth, first event on the moon, and second event on Mars. Ended up finishing the whole thing in 30 minutes. May just be lucky RNG though.

Ride around for 2-3 hrs this morning. Only ever seeing kill targets, even after clearing taken forces. Finally see one start and the game disconnects. I just turned it off in disgust at that point.

Eliminate targets every time for me too. Bungie did that shit on purpose. Gaaawd.

Feeble attempt at a timesink, it's more frustrating the fact some people can get this event straight up and others have to wait hours upon hours for it, sick of targets and the fact you only get a few motes of light is more salt in the wound. TOok me around 5 hours of living on mars, going to orbit and back etc to get one warsat event to spawn. It's left me almost at the point where even tho i have got the thing repaired i just cba to actually bother finishing it up, soul sapped!

I got Earth and Moon on the first try. But Mars... I only have 2 hours until reset. No warsat at all. Wtf.

I know some have gotten on Scablands and Buried City but its next to impossible. Earth and Moon are cake, so I am surprised people are having issues with those. This is BS though, I have like 2k hours in Destiny and I have <NEVER> seen a Warsat on Mars, ever.

I finished everything in 30 mins ~_~ no lie my friends were on and I joined in on Mars and did mission while they were on earth and after mission I joined in on earth with them finally I spawned in and the Warsaw was there on the moon RNGESUS SMILED UPON ME

I had no problem getting the Mars and moon ones (pretty much right away) the earth one though... been three hours now, none at skywatch, shores or mothyards

Took me an hour and a half. Finally found one in the scablands. Then 6 other people showed up and helped me.
