It's ant consumer on countless levels. These were times you could get similar versions of, and they came with the game. The emotes shaders and emblems did not add to the game, and there were a lot more in the base game, and DLC's, that are much cheaper and in a bigger quantity. Only an idiot who thinks it makes them special to buy micro transactions will buy micro transactions. But the thing is, eventually more companies will figure this out, and they will make micro transactions practically required to enjoy a game, even if you paid a full $60-$120 on it already!

Honestly couldn't decipher the first part of that paragraph. I have no idea what you were trying to say. And to the second half, about micro transactions being eventually necessary to enjoy the game, that is a huge bound from emotes to "necessary for enjoyment" to me it sounds like Bungie doesn't plan on going in that direction. And they haven't given me a single reason to doubt that.
