Is 297 light good for someone who hasn't done the raid yet?

More important is a good team. I was carried through at 280.

We're trying to get a non laggy day to kill Oryx, at him right now and I'm still 299. So 297 seems fine

Yup now just look at the YouTube videos to understand how to do it. That way your team won't waste much time explaining what to do.

4 RepliesEdited by TheBigDog24: 9/23/2015 7:49:39 PMNoticed earlier you said you had Black Spindle. Any tips? And yes you're raid and Oryx ready. The only time 295+ is recommended is for Oryx only. Everything prior to that is pretty easy. Just a huge spike in difficulty with Oryx.

5 RepliesDid you do a lot of heroic strikes to be able to infuse gear that is 296 and up? I've stalled at 293 because I'm not getting good enough drops to infuse my high level stuff. Just wondering.

Being 297 light is excellent mate. I just reached 301 light myself after going through the raid a second time.
