Jolly Holliday is nearly impossible without boosting.
As a player who has a consistent 20+ kills a game with a KD over 1.5+ on every single game, I still manage to see this stupid -blam!-ing questions at Zero percent. Sure it can hover around the 40% mark but losing 2% per death when you only get 1% per kill is just -blam!-ing absurd in this current meta with supers and shotguns still running rampant. It's not even like going positive is hard the quest is just simply to demanding thou when you go back down to Zero after getting supered 5 times in a row even thou you got 15 kills before hand. It's like they wanted us to boost this shit.

Here's some super basic advice with TLW Fire from the hip. Mid to close range is best. Reload. Recover. Focus on your next kill. Run when outnumbered, don't challenge someone who has an advantage or more health than you. Kill. Reload. Recover. It's all about the streaks. Get the heavy. Use your super

You don't have to get kills with your last word just have it equipped i just ran around with my Felwinters and if needed used last word

I suck at pvp and I got the bounty done in a day. You just need patience and wait to switch on the last word at the right moment. I waited till I had a super and a ton of shot gun ammo then went on a spree. After each spree it went up by like 20 points. After that find a good spot to hide and then switch out the tlw until you are ready for your next spree. All I need to do is just wait till reset to get it now.

This is an old post but if you dtill need help mate the last word only needs to be equipped. I sat back with a sniper on rift and never advanced on the enemy. Took me about 3 - 4 games

I was able to do it and you have better stats than I do. All I have left to do is kill the brothers but I need more light before I attempt it.

I played rumble and if you didntn know you dont have to get kills with the last word. You have to have the gun equipped but you can kill people with whatever. Took me about 5 rumble matches

Go on a streak and then u will get higher % every kill I got mine in like 2 hours and just wait till you get to the shield brothers strike

Just have some patience and time. Took me like 8 games and I'm far from the model pvp player in this game. Just calm down and focus and you'll get it eventually

you just need to get kills while TLW is equipped, not just actually getting kills with it. Just use a sidearm in rumble or something lol
