Weird Destiny "did you know?" Facts here!

I'll start off. Did you know? that when a crucible game ends (when you can't move anymore) there is exactly 44 seconds untill you go to orbit? Do you know? When Rasputin was fighting during the collapse, he injured the traveler in purpose, and it released the ghosts and sent out a massive final blast of light to push back the darkness and create the awoken. Post you own fun facts below! Hope you enjoyed mine! Edit: With the new hotfix you can rotate your guardian while viewing if. Thanks to Cryothorn for the tip.

  • Here are some more weird facts (which make me wonder why Bungie makes Raids so big and difficult): http://www.forbes.com/sites/insertcoin/2015/03/25/destiny-stats-remind-us-just-how-casual-the-playerbase-really-is/ Fewer than 20% of the playerbase has even completed a RAID. Seems Bungie is putting a disproportionate amount of effort into RAIDs, when 80% of the playerbase can't complete them, or will no longer even try. I was able to pull together a team of incredibly talented people for VoG, and Crota's end. Even with that, they had to drag me along, and I'm not exactly incompetent. The problem? A Voidwalker warlock is virtually helpless under x10 Darkness. A Hunter, using invisbility is ideal for traversing Crota's end, to get through the initial darkness. As for VoG-- OMIGOD. With a team, I discovered that beating the templar is tricky enough, but once you do and you can go beyond through the next entrance-- the map opens up on a scale that is GINORMOUS. You wind up in caverns that are beyond huge, to get to Aetheon. And if the Gorgon's don't get you, the drops to get across chasms to tiny ledges, just may. The Gorgon's are aptly named, and here's what you may not know unless you've played it (and this may prevent you from even wanting to): a) It isn't that they touch you, it's that they see you-- your whole team dies unless you kill them, but what's worse? b) Whatever weapon(s) you use to kill the gorgon, the rest become immune to, and finally....? c) You can't fly-- it attracts them. Again, another map not really designed for anything but a Hunter.
